What to Expect During the On-Site Visit

A typical assessment takes less time than most people expect. We’ll walk the space with you, check the concrete for visible cracking, run a basic moisture check, and ask about how the space is used day to day — foot traffic, vehicle traffic, chemical exposure, or just general household use. That context matters as much as the slab condition itself when it comes to recommending the right coating system.

If your slab needs additional repair work before it’s a good candidate for coating — active cracking, for example, or a moisture reading outside normal range — we’ll tell you that plainly during the visit, along with what fixing it would involve. We’d rather have that conversation upfront than let a coating fail down the road because a known issue got coated over.
