Free On-Site Estimates
Every estimate starts with an in-person visit to your garage, home, or facility — not a phone quote. We measure the space, check the condition of your existing concrete, and talk through which coating system fits your budget and how you use the floor. On-site estimates are free and come with no obligation to book.
Scheduling & Appointment Windows
Once you approve a quote, we’ll schedule your install based on current job load and, where relevant, the weather window discussed below. We’ll confirm a start date and give you a realistic sense of how many days the job will take before we begin — most garage floors wrap up faster than large commercial spaces.
Payment Terms
We’ll walk through payment structure — deposit, progress payments, or payment on completion — during your estimate, since it can vary by project size and scope. Get the specifics in writing on your quote before work begins, and ask questions if anything about the schedule or amounts isn’t clear.
Weather & Rescheduling Policy
Epoxy coatings are sensitive to temperature and humidity during application and cure. West Texas weather doesn’t always cooperate — a surprise summer thunderstorm or a hard winter cold snap can push a start date. If conditions on your scheduled day aren’t safe for a proper cure, we’ll reschedule rather than rush it, because a floor installed outside the right conditions is more likely to fail early. Workmanship
We test moisture and prep every slab properly before coating — the same process that’s outlined on our installation process page — because most epoxy failures trace back to skipped prep, not the coating itself. Ask about warranty coverage on your specific project when you book your estimate; terms can depend on the coating system and the condition of your existing slab.
Service Area
We serve San Angelo, Christoval, Wall, Miles, Grape Creek, and the surrounding Tom Green County area. If you’re just outside that radius, ask — we may still be able to help depending on scheduling.
Cancellation Policy
Plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment, give us as much notice as you can so we can adjust the crew schedule and offer your slot to another customer. Contact us directly to handle any changes to a confirmed booking.
